To access the telescope setup window you can use the Windows menu: Start->Program Files->Astro-Physics->ASCOM Driver->Setup Telescope:

If you are using Windows Vista, Windows 7, or later operating system you may see a UAC dialog asking if it is OK to run APSetup.exe. You must click Yes to continue.

Note: the Mount Type, Controller, Port, and Use ASCOM Serial Object fields will be disabled if an ASCOM client program is already connected to the mount.
