Upgrading from an earlier version of PEMPro

•PEMPro V1 licenses are not eligible for upgrading since they haven't been issued since 2007. So, if you have a PEMPro V1 license, you must purchase a new  license.

 

•PEMPro V2 licenses purchased on the CCDWare site after about August 1st 2011 can get a free upgrade to V3.

oAll free V2 to V3 upgrade licenses were emailed in mid-December 2017 to the original email address on the V2 license. However, if you believe you purchased PEMPro on or after August 1st 2011 but did not get your license key for some reason (e.g., because your email changed) then enter a ticket at https://siriusimaging.zendesk.com.

oNOTE: if you received a complementary PEMPro V2 license after August 1st 2011 you might not be eligible to receive a free upgrade to V3, but you can purchase an upgrade license at the CCDWare site.

 

•If you received a PEMPro V2 license with your Astro-Physics mount, and you still own that mount, then you may be eligible for a free upgrade to V3. For more details please see https://www.siriusimaging.com/ApPEMProUpgrade for more details.

 

•If you received a PEMPro V3 license with your Astro-Physics mount you are entitle to free minor updates to PEMPro V3 while you own the mount.
